“What if there’s a reason life has always felt harder than it should?”
You've started to wonder...
- Why do I feel so overwhelmed by everyday life?
- Why do I swing between over-functioning and burnout?
- Why is it so hard to start, focus, or follow through?
- Why do social interactions feel draining or confusing?
- Why have I always felt different than everyone else?
You may have experienced something that led you to start exploring ADHD, Autism, or AuDHD in women.
- Your child received an ADHD or Autism diagnosis and you recognize similar traits in yourself.
- A friend, partner, or family member mentioned that you might be neurodivergent.
- You came across a social media post about ADHD, Autism, or AuDHD in women and thought, “Wait… this sounds like me.”
You're not sure what to do next, but you know you need help.
Maybe you're asking yourself:
- Do I need a formal assessment to know for sure?
- Would a diagnosis change anything for me?
- What if I’m relating to these experiences, but I’m not sure I “fit”?
- Where do I even start?
I offer women who are wondering if they might be ADHD, Autistic, or AuDHD a safe space to explore their experiences, find clarity, and discover what they need to thrive.
Many women come to therapy in this in-between space.
They know their experience isn’t fully explained by anxiety, stress, or simply “needing to try harder,” but they don’t yet know what support they need.
Therapy can provide a place to slow down, explore your experiences, learn more about ADHD, Autism, and AuDHD, and better understand what fits for you.
Together, we explore your questions, make sense of patterns across your life, and help you decide what next steps feel right. Whether that includes pursuing a formal assessment or focusing on support and self-understanding without one.

Frequently Asked Questions About Therapy For Exploring Possible Neurodivergence
Vertical Divider
Do you accept insurance? No. I am a private-pay therapist and am not contracted with any insurance companies. Some clients choose private pay because they want support exploring neurodivergent traits and experiences without needing a formal diagnosis or insurance documentation. I do accept HSA and FSA cards. What is your session fee?My session fee is $250 per session. |
Is this a diagnostic service? This is a therapeutic exploration process, not a formal diagnostic assessment. Some women feel that self-identification, as a result of therapy, is sufficient. Some woman choose to seek a formal assessment. If you decide to seek a formal assessment, I am happy to offer referrals to qualified professionals and support you during the process. What if I end up not being neurodivergent? That’s completely okay. This process is still valuable. We can explore your patterns and experiences in a way that leads to deeper self-understanding regardless of the outcome. |
